Job Description:
Job Duties
- Maintain and administer Enchem’s computer networks and related computing environments, including servers, workstations, and enterprise systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, networking software, wireless infrastructure, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor network and system performance, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and implement technical solutions.
- Administer and support Enchem’s ERP, MES, SAP, and other manufacturing information systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, authentication methods, and network security measures to protect Enchem’s information systems.
- Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations to maintain system availability and data integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors and corporate IT personnel to implement, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, maintenance logs, IT asset inventories, and operational records, and provide technical support to end users, etc.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
