1. Configure, install, and maintain systems infrastructure and applications, ensuring seamless performance and application functionality;
2. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including administering and maintaining third-party devices integrated with the applications by managing SDK versions and configuring network settings to ensure compatibility and functionality;
3. Gather data to assess user needs, identify system and network requirements, monitor system and network performance, plan system backups and data recovery procedures, and ensure data integrity;
4. Enhance system security by configuring inbound and outbound network settings, ensuring compliance with security protocols;
5. Support users by addressing system issues, optimizing network configurations, and providing solutions to enhance performance and reliability by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and/or network and system problems
