Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, and PySpark to support efficient data integration and processing.
• Develop and implement scalable, cloud-based data pipelines using platforms like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks), and GCP (BigQuery, DataFlow).
• Perform production support and incident management using tools such as ServiceNow, Control-M, and Autosys, ensuring system uptime and reliability.
• Contribute to data migration projects by assisting in transitioning data systems from legacy platforms like Teradata to modern solutions such as Snowflake and cloud storage systems.
• Automate recurring data workflows and administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PySpark, and Shell.
• Assist in implementing data quality and governance standards to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
• Apply advanced analytics using Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory to generate insights and improve operational efficiency.
• Support AI/ML integrations and enhancements using Microsoft Azure services such as Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Functions as part of system engineering efforts.
• Participate in Agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban) for the delivery of systems engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and support system enhancements aligned with business objectivesproduction support roles.
