About the Position & Term of Employment:
Super Ming Trading Inc. is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (NOC 21222) to support and optimize the company’s internal computer systems, logistics platforms, inventory management systems, and data workflows. This is a permanent, part-time position responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving system efficiency, and supporting technology solutions across operations, logistics, and sales.
Computer Systems Analyst
• Analyze business and operational requirements related to inventory management, logistics coordination, order processing, and supplier systems
• Design, evaluate, and recommend computer-based systems and digital solutions to improve efficiency in supply chain, warehouse management, and sales operations
• Assess existing software applications, databases, and workflow systems, and identify gaps or inefficiencies
• Work closely with management, logistics staff, warehouse teams, and external vendors to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Coordinate the implementation, integration, and testing of new systems, modules, or upgrades, including inventory tracking, order management, and reporting tools
• Develop system documentation, process workflows, user manuals, and technical reports
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and security
• Support users by providing technical guidance, training, and ongoing system support
• Ensure systems comply with company policies, data protection standards, and operational requirements
About the Working Hours, Salary:
• Working Hours: 30 hours per week；Monday to Friday (schedule to be arranged during regular business hours)
• Wage: $49.50 per hour
• Employment Type: Permanent full-time
