Computer Network Support Specialist Job

Cloud Storage Corp seeks a Computer Network Support Specialist in Hays, Kansas requiring a Master’s Degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, or other closely related majors. Proficiency in network troubleshooting principles and methods, including log analysis, traffic monitoring, and connectivity diagnostics. Technical expertise in Linux-based switching systems (e.g., NX-OS, MLNX-OS) and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, UDP, NTP, DHCP, and Syslog. Adaptability in applying troubleshooting methodologies across diverse network environments and hardware configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and producing clear technical documentation.
