We are seeking a highly experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead
enterprise-level IT operations, infrastructure, software development processes, and global
workforce management. The role requires a strategic leader with 5+ years of expertise in
networking, enterprise security, customer success, agile transformation, and global IT operations.
The Executive Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the
activities of information systems, software development, and IT service delivery to ensure optimal
performance, innovation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:
• Leadership & Strategy: Plan, direct, and oversee the activities of information systems
and software engineering teams (70–100+ employees globally). Develop and execute IT strategies
in alignment with business goals, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance. Manage
operational budgets, resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and workforce development.
• Systems & Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization
of enterprise-wide networking, end-user, and collaboration technologies (Cisco ACI, Nexus, UCS,
VMware, Microsoft, Adobe). Ensure enterprise IT systems meet performance, security, and compliance
standards under financial and regulatory frameworks. Drive cloud adoption, automation-first
approaches, and enterprise security initiatives.
• Software Development & Agile Transformation: Oversee software development processes,
including agile transformation, automation, and continuous improvement. Partner with development
and engineering teams to ensure serviceability, compliance, and scalability of IT solutions.
Support innovation through hackathons, proof-of-concept testing, and adoption of emerging
technologies.
• Customer Success & Global Support: Build and manage large-scale customer success and
support teams, ensuring high client satisfaction and SLA compliance. Lead technical services for
global clients (e.g., financial institutions, technology firms) across data center, cloud, and
end-user domains. Represent the organization in global technical forums, industry councils, and
compliance audits.
• Governance & Compliance: Develop IT governance policies, risk management frameworks, and
quality assurance systems (ISO 9000, JD Power CTSS). Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and
data security regulations across jurisdictions. Partner with internal stakeholders and regulators
to mitigate risks and maintain operational resilience.
Job Requirements:
Proven expertise in global IT operations, software development lifecycle, agile transformation, and
automation-first initiatives.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, enterprise security, and collaboration platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage cross-regional technical teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Recognized contributor in
global forums, hackathons, and leadership councils.
Advanced certifications: CCIE (Collaboration/Voice), Prince2, VMware Certified Professional
(VCP) will be an asset.
