– support privacy compliance preparation for patient-facing platform operations
– assist in alignment with Canadian privacy requirements applicable to personal and health-related information
– prepare internal documentation for consent structures, privacy workflows, and secure data handling procedures
– coordinate privacy-by-design implementation with technical development teams
– maintain documentation required for audit readiness and institutional onboarding processes
– support secure workflow preparation for sensitive patient information management
– assist legal and advisory professionals during compliance review and implementation stages
– support provider-side readiness for future institutional healthcare partnerships
– monitor internal compliance procedures as platform operations expand

– diploma or degree in healthcare administration, compliance, business operations, health information management, or a related field preferred
– understanding of privacy frameworks and healthcare compliance standards in Canada
– strong documentation discipline and procedural organization skills
– ability to coordinate between legal, technical, and operational teams
– familiarity with privacy governance and secure operational procedures is preferred
– healthcare compliance experience is considered a strong asset
