About us
iSellForYou is building a marketplace for salespeople. Businesses lose sales every day from abandoned checkouts and leads nobody calls. Our reps call those customers and close the sale. Reps work on commission, from anywhere, and get leads within 24 hours of joining.
We are launching in the US and we need the person who builds our first community of reps.
What you will do
- Onboard our first 100 sales reps: welcome calls, first steps, training videos, first leads
- Run short screening calls and roleplays with new reps
- Be the main point of contact for reps: answer questions, solve problems, keep them motivated
- Track each rep's activity and results, and help the ones who are stuck
- Build the community: group chats, weekly calls, leaderboards, wins of the week
- Give the founders feedback every week on what works and what does not
- Help improve our onboarding process and training material
Who you are
- 2+ years in customer success, community management, sales enablement or sales team leadership
- You know how salespeople think, and ideally you have sold yourself
- Great on the phone and in writing
- Organized: you can coordinate 100 people without losing anyone
- Energetic, positive and comfortable in a startup that moves fast
- Experience with CRMs, Slack/WhatsApp communities or Google Sheets is a plus
