College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience is required.

Responsibilities

? Administrative and office activities.
? Implement life skills workshops.
? Liaise with the inmates' families and contacts in the community.
? Advise and counsel inmates regarding their problems.
? Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs.
? Housekeeping activities.
? Food preparation.
? Resolve conflict situations.
? Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
? Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs.
? Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
