Plan, develop, and implement community service and educational programs aligned with the church’s mission.
Oversee outreach initiatives to engage diverse populations, including young adults, families, and seniors.
Coordinate logistics for community events, workshops, and volunteer activities.
Develop operational policies and procedures to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor program budgets, prepare reports, and track outcomes to inform leadership and stakeholders.
Perform related duties consistent with the development and management of social and community service programs.
