The Role: Community Associate
As a Community Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our diverse customer base. You’ll manage day-to-day operations in the center, creating a welcoming and productive environment for customers from a wide range of industries. Whether you're assisting with administrative tasks, setting up meeting rooms, troubleshooting IT issues, or organizing networking events, you’ll ensure our customers have everything they need to focus on growing their businesses.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced. From helping customers with WiFi, packages, and meeting room setups, to managing invoices and responding to service requests, no two days are the same. You'll also work with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, build relationships with customers, and ensure the center runs smoothly. By the end of the day, you’ll feel accomplished knowing you’ve helped create a positive and productive atmosphere.

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, multitasking environment. You should be a natural problem solver, comfortable using MS Office and basic IT, and able to build strong professional relationships. Ideally, you have 1 years of customer service experience and a positive, adaptable attitude.
