Salary offered: $37,648.00 per year
Duties:
o Provide support to adults and children with developmental disabilities through both physical and psychosocial care. o Inform clients and families about available programs, therapies, and community resources. o Conduct client interviews and gathered detailed information to determine eligibility for services. o Assist in the planning and execution of special events and programs, including health education, screenings, mentoring, tutoring, substance abuse prevention, public safety, and crime prevention initiatives. o Respond to crisis situations by coordinating with therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure timely support. o Collaborate with service providers to deliver comprehensive and effective care tailored to client needs. o Maintain accurate records of client sessions, therapy provided, and documented progress or setbacks. o Offer ongoing support and advocacy to clients and their families throughout the recovery and service process
