Communications Specialist Job

• Develop communication plans for clients to create and enhance positive communication in providing security systems and services to customers.
• Research, define, and document the recent market size, composition, and dynamics of security system industry to provide effective strategies in managing communication and external relations.
• Ensure to implement external affairs strategies by working with management to maintain and promote customer relations.
• Implement plans to communicate organizational activities that are beneficial to the community regarding safety and security issues.
• Consult with advertising agencies to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media.
• Maintain a complete understanding of the competitors’ activities including specific breakdowns of services, promotions, and pricing in preparation of customer communications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Administration, or related field of study.
