Commission-Only Outbound Caller Job

SellHut Properties is seeking commission-only outbound callers to connect with property owners and investors for real estate wholesale opportunities. Using provided call scripts and property owner lists in PropStream, you will make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners and real estate agents, qualify leads, and set up appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a remote, independent contractor role with no base pay. You earn 20% of the profit of each deal that closes from your leads. The ideal candidate is motivated, comfortable on the phone, and able to consistently reach 150+ calls per day. Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred. All training and scripts provided. Work from home anywhere.

- Self-starter with strong communication skills

- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Organized and able to maintain accurate call notes in the CRM
