We are hiring a hard-working leader to join our team as a full-time Commercial Superintendent.We are looking for someone who thrives working both independently and as part of a team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations, we want you on our commercial project management team!You’ll act as the primary point of contact on site for our clients, providing updates and addressing their questions. With a focus on maintaining vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness and safety, you play a key role in our projects' success. Watching these projects come together, you’ll take pride in knowing you led the way!

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
Strong crew management experience and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Excellent communication and client service skills
EXPECTATIONS
As a Commercial Superintendent, you’ll oversee all aspects of our commercial roofing projects. You’ll lead by example, working closely with your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll be on-site supervising crews, inspecting project progress, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Alongside leading the crew, you’ll perform hands-on work yourself as needed. This work includes-
Climbing ladders
Measuring rooftops
Posting permits
Assessing roofing needs
Documenting property conditions
Conducting safety inspections
Conducting weekly toolbox-talk safety meetings.
