As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and providing detailed estimates for commercial painting projects. Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction estimating and cost control will be essential in ensuring competitive pricing and effective budget management.

Proven experience as an estimator or project manager in the commercial painting industry
Strong knowledge of commercial coatings and painting techniques
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to prepare detailed cost estimates
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Sales experience to effectively promote services and close deals
