Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Montgomery, OH
Status: Salary
Purpose:
Support and manage Commercial Lines insurance accounts for American Heritage Insurance Group and The Insurance Connection’s ISMs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process commercial renewals, endorsements, billing, audits, and inspections
Handle quoting, placement, and servicing of new and renewal business
Communicate with producers, ISMs, and clients regarding coverage and renewals
Prepare proposals, binders, certificates, and policy documentation
Ensure accurate policy records in Hawksoft system
Support walk-in clients and answer phones as needed
Perform general office and customer service tasks
Requirements:
Ohio P&C license required (or to be obtained)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Hawksoft experience a plus
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Insurance experience helpful but not required
