Commercial Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Equipment Installer and Servicer
(NOC 73200 – Electrical appliance installer)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Laundry and dry-cleaning Equipment Installer and Servicer to install, commission, and maintain industrial laundry systems and dry-cleaning at commercial and institutional properties. This position involves hands-on installation and repair of prefabricated dry-cleaning, laundry equipment including dry cleaning machine, washers, dryers, extractors, garment conveyors, finishing equipment and related systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read blueprints, technical manuals, and work order specifications to plan and prepare for the installation of commercial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment
• Measure, mark, and prepare installation sites for prefabricated equipment, including garment conveyors, dosing systems, washers, dryers, and related machinery
• Install, assemble, and service commercial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment using hand and power tools
• Perform adjustments and calibrations to ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications
• Identify and resolve equipment issues, replacing defective components as required to maintain proper function
• Carry out preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn components, to ensure ongoing operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience
• Proven experience installing and servicing commercial laundry equipment
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read technical documentation and specifications
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work will be performed at various client sites and travel is required.

POSITION TYPE:
Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Salary - $80,000 per year

BENEFITS:
• Rent cost allowance (approximately $1,000 per month) available at company’s discretion
• Incremental wage raise available at company’s discretion
• Transportation to work and back with company van
