• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to support hotel operations and management
• Review, evaluate, and implement new procedures to improve efficiency in guest service support and administrative tasks
• Delegate work to office support staff and assist with coordinating front office and back-office activities
• Fulfill administrative activities such as monitoring hotel mailboxes, responding to general guest and business inquiries, and maintaining correspondence
• Establish work priorities for administrative staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Provide initial onsite training and orientation for new administrative and front office employees
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and internal correspondence for hotel management
• Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and records related to hotel operations, staff, and vendor communications
Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of office administration experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
