Columbia Health Care Center Administrator Job

The Columbia Health Care Center in Wyocena, WI, is recruiting a Nursing Home Administrator. The purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always provided to our residents. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, nursing, public health, business, or related field required; five (5) years’ of experience in long-term care administration or another combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates a substantially similar level of preparedness to perform the duties of the position at a high level. Must possess a current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator's license in good standing or meet the licensure requirements of Wisconsin. Must obtain Administrator’s license within three months of employment. Starting annual salary is $116,396.
