Manage the insurance claims process, maintaining clear communication with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals. Serve as the primary liaison for customers and insurance representatives, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive services industry required. Experience must have included leading small teams to complete projects on schedule while ensuring quality and high standards of service.
