“Jack Filled Foreign Exchange Inc.” in Scarborough, ON is now hiring a full time and permanent ‘Collection Supervisor’ to join our business. We are currently looking for Collection Supervsior to work in our office and eligible candidate will have previous experience working in the position or similar position.

JOB TITLE: Collection Supervisor
LOCATION: 102 – 305 Milner Avenue, Scarborough, ON M1B 3V4 (1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $35 per hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 – 35 hours/week
WORK SETTING: Office

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for overall operations of credit and collection department
• Monitoring accounts payable and receiveable, effective processing and recording financial documents, maintaining and following up on dues from various accounts while maintaining good relationship with Clients.
• Monitoring accuracy in the flow of payment and other accounting transactions
• Create seamless processes to enhance and simplify procedures for smooth operations
• Timely reporting, bookkeeping and requisition for supplies and material
• Create schedules, provide training, review & assign duties to staff and resolve any problems may arise to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle additional billing duties
• Work closely with the different departments to reduce the percentage of past due and increase the percentage of current receivables
Job Requirements:
• Completion of college or Diploma in related discipline.
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English and good verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Knowledge of multiple languages will be an asset.
• Public transportation is available
• Fast paced environment, work under pressure, flexibility, client focus, reliability, organized and team player
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS office, MS Outlook, MS powerpoint, MS windows, MS Access MS word, Quckbooks and Simply Accounting is preferred
• An asset if you have knowledge or previous experience in MSB (Money Service Business)
• Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
