What you’ll actually do
• Call, text, and email home-care owners using qualified leads — no random lists.
• Start short, human conversations that open the door to a live demo.
• Work side by side with our Product Experts — the people who run the demos and close the deal.
• Learn the product deeply so you can start running your own demos within months.
• Track every call, note, and message inside our system so nothing slips.
• Give real feedback to improve our scripts and strategy — your words will shape the next version of Aonxi.
What you get
• Base pay starting at $20/hr + $500 per sale + $50/month for every active client you sold.
• Automatic base raises as you hit sales milestones (up to $100/hr).
• Leads, dialer, CRM, SMS tools — all ready from day one.
• Daily 1:1 training from our founders and product experts.
• A real product with a 40 percent one-call close rate and clients in every US state.
• A path to become a Product Expert yourself — full demo training, certification, and leadership track.
