• Position: Front Desk Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Coordinate front desk operations with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient guest service delivery
• Develop and implement staff schedules and standard operating procedures to maintain consistent front desk coverage and service quality
• Address operational issues promptly, provide guidance to staff, and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, onboard, and train front desk staff on job responsibilities, customer service standards, and workplace policies
• Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor performance, and review work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
• Provide support and personalized assistance to guests, including those with special requests or specific needs, to ensure a positive experience
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
