Coach Job

The role involves planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions, as well as coordinating competitive schedules and programs. The coach is responsible for motivating and preparing athletes, developing game plans and tactics, and evaluating athletes' performance to adjust training programs as needed. Additionally, the position includes promoting the sport of fencing and the club itself by organizing presentations and promotional events at schools, malls, parks, parades, and other public venues.

The successful candidate will have completed a college or university degree program in sport science and possess a minimum of two years of fencing coaching experience at the international level. They must be a strong and inspiring leader, well respected within the fencing community. The position is based in both North Vancouver and Gastown, requiring flexibility to work at both locations.
