Coach Job

Centre Avenue Badminton, Calgary's premier destination for badminton enthusiasts, is seeking a passionate and experienced Coach to join our dynamic team. If you have a deep understanding of the sport and a commitment to helping players of all levels improve their skills, we encourage you to apply!

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Create comprehensive training programs, including planning, development, and implementation of training and practice sessions to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Develop and coordinate competitive schedules and programs to ensure athletes are adequately prepared for competitive events and games.
- Provide guidance and motivation to athletes or teams, preparing them mentally and physically for competitive events and games, fostering a competitive spirit and dedication to excellence.
- Engage in coaching clinic instruction to share expertise, knowledge, and best practices with fellow coaches, contributing to the growth and development of coaching standards within the badminton community.
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance during training sessions and competitive events, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies for enhanced performance.
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to identify talent and potential, aiding in the selection and development of future athletes within the program.

Requirements:
- Completion of High School
- At least 2 year of relevant working experience
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Initiative, Interpersonal awareness, Judgement, Reliability, Team player, Values and ethics.
