CNC Machinist Job

We are seeking a few skilled CNC Machinist to operate our state-of-the-art equipment and produce quality precision parts for our clients at our Fort Lauderdale location. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of machine operations and programming. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for permanent employment after a successful temporary period.

All Machine Shop employees enjoy a 3-day weekend; Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days. Hiring for both: 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6am–4:30pm & 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 4pm–2:30am (Will consider experienced persons that wish to work 25-30 hours per week on 2nd Shift.)
Good attendance is very important!

Roles And Responsibilities:

� Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality products
� Read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use math to perform basic calculations, and use basic hand-held measuring tools, such as calipers.
� Load bar stock in machine, cycles machine, detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools
� Run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs
� Perform inspection of machined products. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee
� Complete and maintain paperwork for parts.
� Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as needed
� Maintain a clean and safe work environment
