Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of vocational training, technical school, or an apprenticeship in machining.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing machine shop environment.
Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, including setup and operation.
Proficiency in programming using Mastercam and manual G-code.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Strong understanding of GD&T, measurement tools, and machining principles.
Solid math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
