Job Overview:
Harder Machine Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machining Supervisor to lead our machining team in delivering high-precision metal components and custom fabrication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive hands-on CNC programming and operations experience, and a proven track record in production safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of CNC machinists and metal fabricators.
Set up and program CNC machines for production runs and troubleshoot machining issues.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently followed.
Plan production workflow and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
Train or arrange training for new workers and apprentices.
Order materials and supplies as needed and maintain inventory control.
Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Maintain production logs and prepare routine reports.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in CNC machining or metal fabrication supervision.
Completion of college or technical diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with CNC setup, programming (G-code or CAM), and machine operation.
Familiarity with safety standards and quality assurance in a machining environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
