Machining Applications Engineer Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineer CNC Programming Machine Tools Methods Development Tooling Configuration Machine Shop Mills Lathes Machining Centers _ .

Seeking a well versed engineer to lead client driven custom product development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivered component.

Act as a liason between clients and manufacturing teams by developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes for new product introductions.

Shall;

*** Assess designs for manufacturability

*** Work closely with the internal machine shop, and external manufacturing suppliers to reduce costs and risk associated with manufacturing complex component

*** Calculate production, labor, material costs and review production schedules

*** Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, installation, maintenance and training.

*** Interpret CAD drawings to develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines

Requires;

*** Experience writing CNC programs for multi-axis machining

*** Ability to design and interpret 2D/3D modeling

*** BS in Engineering

*** Working knowledge of ERP and MRP software
