Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Conveniently located near I-90 and Auburn Road
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Split Shift
Pay: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience, plus shift differential

What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key member of our Cutting Tools Team. Responsibilities include:
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and maintaining required tolerances.
• Monitor machining operations and make machine adjustments or program edits as needed.
• Inspect machined components to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments to confirm part accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and replace worn or damaged tooling.
• Maintain tooling inventories, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Document program changes and process improvements to support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
