CNC (computer numerical control) Machinist Job

Cimmaster Inc., located at 1020 Cardiff Blvd. Mississauga, Ontario, L5S 1P3, Canada, is looking for the position of CNC(computer numerical control) Machinists to perform the following duties:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of CNC Machinist:

• Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, calipers)
• Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools

Duration/Type: Full-Time
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times after 44 hours of work per week
Salary: CAD$ 36.00/hour
