Cloud Solution Architect Job

Cloud Solution Architect is needed to perform the following duties:

● Design and develop enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms
● Architect and automate infrastructure using Terraform for multi-cloud environments
● Build and maintain microservices and data platforms supporting scalable, distributed workloads
● Develop Python-based services for automation, orchestration, data processing, and platform integrations
● Integrate messaging systems, APIs, and cloud services to enable event-driven and service-oriented architectures
● Lead and support AWS cloud migration initiatives, including assessment of on-premise workloads, application dependency analysis, and migration planning
● Design target-state architectures on AWS using services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, and other managed cloud services
● Execute and support application and data migrations from on-premise or legacy environments to AWS, ensuring security, availability, and performance
● Apply migration best practices including re-hosting, re-platforming, and refactoring strategies
● Ensure cloud security, networking, and identity controls are applied throughout migration activities
● Build Use-Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, High-Level Design documents, System Architecture Diagrams, System Integration Strategies, and Business Solution Proposals
● Participate in Agile implementation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative deliveryTime Spent.
● Monitor PagerDuty alerts during assigned production support rotations across cloud-hosted and hybrid environments
● Resolve critical technical production issues through detailed root cause analysis spanning application, cloud infrastructure, and platform layers
● Raise and manage production incidents and coordinate resolution across application, cloud, security, and data platform teams
● Apply strong debugging techniques to diagnose issues related to cloud services, distributed systems, networking, and integrations
● Collaborate closely with support, business, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure service reliability and SLA adherence
● Maintain strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture, business flows, and integrated upstream and downstream systems
● Perform log analysis and monitor system and cloud metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native monitoring services to proactively identify and address issues
● Support reliability of cloud platforms including Azure services, Databricks environments, and integrated third-party systems
● Provide alternate cloud-based technical solutions to prevent business process interruptions while maintaining security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

● Perform Test Driven Development (TDD) with strong unit test coverage to ensure code correctness and maintainability
● Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs of Front to Back Office users. Understanding of various financial instruments and assets classes, Collaborating with Business Teams and Operational Teams with good communication skills.

● Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional) and come up with a comprehensive requirement document
● Perform design feasibility study and develop prototype or proof of concept for new design requirements
● Understanding Financial Products & Assets
● Use regulatory reporting and banking compliance rules.
● Building use case diagrams helping to depict the interaction between the system and its users.
● Analyze performance requirements for the projects by code quality and coverage using Unit testing tools
● Perform Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) to validate functional behavior against business requirements
● Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios to validate complete application workflows
● Participate in project governance activities including code reviews, code quality analysis, documentation, and unit test coverage inspections
● Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and compliant software deliverables
● Support automated build and deployment processes to enable consistent and repeatable releases
● Adhere to organizational change management and release processes to ensure controlled and compliant deployments

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or Computer Information Systems or education + experience which is equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or Computer Information Systems
