Clothing designer Job

• Develop creative and original designs for team uniforms and practice wear.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with client specifications and branding.
• Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for production.
• Select appropriate fabrics and materials that meet both aesthetic and performance needs.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client feedback and making necessary design adjustments.

• A bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in clothing design, preferably in sportswear or athletic apparel.
• Proficient in design software.
• Strong understanding of garment structure and textiles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You are entitled to overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 hours per week and/or more than 8 hours per day will be paid at 1.5 x the hourly rate of pay.
You will be entitled to 3 weeks’ annual vacation which is calculated on your earnings at a rate of 5.77%.
