# Clinical Therapist – Full-Time

## About Eleve Wellness
Eleve Wellness is an outpatient behavioral health treatment facility serving individuals with substance use and mental health needs. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated **Clinical Therapist** to join our growing clinical team.
This is a **full-time, in-person Primary Therapist position** working with clients receiving outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder services.
We welcome both independently licensed and associate-level clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
## Qualifications
**Preferred Licenses:**
* LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
* LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
* LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
**Also strongly encouraged to apply:**
* LCADC – Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor
* LAC – Licensed Associate Counselor
* LSW – Licensed Social Worker
Candidates with experience in **substance use disorder treatment, co-occurring disorders, mental health, or outpatient behavioral healthcare** are strongly preferred.
## Primary Responsibilities
The Clinical Therapist will maintain a primary caseload and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities include:
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate
* Serve as Primary Therapist for an assigned caseload
* Complete biopsychosocial and clinical assessments
* Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans
* Complete ongoing clinical documentation and progress notes
* Assess client progress, barriers to treatment, relapse risk, and continued treatment needs
* Participate in treatment team and case consultation meetings
* Coordinate care with medical, psychiatric, case management, and other clinical team members
* Assist with discharge and aftercare planning
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Support clients utilizing evidence-based and person-centered interventions
* Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards applicable to outpatient behavioral health services

Experience with **CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, or co-occurring disorder treatment** is a plus.
