About the job:
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring that our high standards for patient care, safety, and satisfaction are met. This role involves managing a team of medical professionals, coordinating treatments, and working closely with senior leadership to enhance service delivery. Your expertise will support our innovative offerings, and you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across all procedures.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Technician, and Physicians to deliver top-tier medical aesthetic treatments.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of over 40 treatments and procedures.
Ensure the clinic's compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and Candela standards.
Collaborate with senior management on business development strategies and service improvements.
Manage clinical equipment and supplies, including the maintenance of our medical aesthetic devices.
Monitor patient feedback to enhance the overall patient experience.
Facilitate training and continuous development for the clinical team.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing strict provincial and organizational policies and procedures
Supervise, recruit, and training clinical staff
Other duties may be assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical management role
Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic devices and procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Superior organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
