Our dedicated team of professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists, and specialists, is committed to providing accurate and impartial reports that reflect the post-accident physical and psychological condition of personal injury victims and their families.
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinic Operations Officer with proven ability to coordinate and oversee daily operations across a multidisciplinary healthcare services clinic.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and optimize daily operations across multiple healthcare service streams, including assessments, post-injury treatments, and rehabilitation services
• Develop, implement, and update clinic policies and procedures, including operational protocols, safety standards, privacy and confidentiality policies, equipment and facility procedures and workflow guidelines
• Establish and monitor operational priorities across clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely service delivery and effective resource utilization
• Coordinate and support clinic services, including equipment maintenance, requisition of medical supplies, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring healthcare safety standards, secure handling of equipment and supplies, proper inventory control, and timely service coordination
• Act as the primary contact between internal departments and external referring clinics, doctors and healthcare providers
• Oversee the preparation, tracking, and quality control of clinic documentation and reports
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance of clinic records
• Assist in the preparation of the clinic’s operating budget, including tracking expenditures, maintaining inventory controls, and supporting cost-efficiency measures
• Administer and maintain specialized clinic scheduling and workflow management software. Interact with the software provider to solve problems faced in day-to-day activities
Qualifications:
• Completion of high school is mandatory
• Post-secondary education in healthcare administration or a related field is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in senior administration operations
• Experience in a clinic or other healthcare environment is a strong asset
• Strong ability to manage complex workflows across multiple service areas
• Extended knowledge in scheduling systems and electronic records management
• Familiarity with insurance, referral-based, or assessment-driven medical services is a strong asset
Compensation:
• $36.05 per hour
• minimum of 30 hours per week
