Client Support Representative Job

– assist patients and caregivers during platform onboarding, registration, and initial recovery plan setup
– provide day-to-day support related to symptom tracking, medication reminders, recovery scheduling, and caregiver coordination tools
– respond to user questions regarding account access, platform navigation, and recovery workflow functions
– support older adults and users with limited digital familiarity through simplified guidance and structured communication
– manage helpdesk inquiries, support tickets, live chat functions, and follow-up communication
– identify recurring technical issues and escalate platform concerns to technical support and development teams
– collect patient feedback regarding usability, accessibility, and recovery support needs
– support retention by improving patient confidence and continuity during the recovery journey
– maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and recurring operational issues

– diploma or degree in customer service, healthcare administration, patient services, business operations, or a related field preferred
– experience supporting users in healthcare, digital services, or patient-centered environments is preferred
– strong communication and problem-solving skills
– ability to work with seniors and caregiver-supported recovery environments
– understanding of patient-centered service standards and confidentiality expectations
– experience with CRM systems, support ticketing systems, or client service platforms is considered an asset
