Job Description:
- Provide timely and professional support to platform users regarding account setup, subscriptions, listings, transactions, and scheduling services.
- Assist users in navigating platform features, including AI-powered quality verification tools and sustainability reporting functions.
- Respond to inquiries related to payments, transactions, service usage, and platform functionality.
- Identify, document, and resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the technical or quality assurance teams.
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers, buyers, and partners by guiding them through platform processes and best practices.
- Maintain communication with users via email, chat, or phone while ensuring consistent service standards.
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to support continuous improvements in platform services.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or post-secondary education in business administration, customer service, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer support, client service, or technical assistance roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain digital platform features.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users with online systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, or support ticketing platforms is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer support, client service, or technical assistance roles is preferred.
