— Provide first-line support to UniiqBorn app users (via email, chat, or phone).
— Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate to the dev team when needed.
— Create and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions.
— Train users on new features and updates.
— Collect feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
Job Requirements:
— College diploma in IT, Computer Support, or related field.
— 1–2 years of experience in customer or technical support.
— Knowledge of mobile apps and troubleshooting on iOS/Android devices.
— Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk).
— Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
