Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
• Assist with processing client requests, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Perform general administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
