Client service supervisor Job

Job Description:-

Supervise and coordinate customer service activities for Quick Truck Lube, including customer inquiries, service appointments, customer information and support for truck maintenance services.

Main Duties:-

1. Supervise, coordinate, assign and review the work of customer service representatives and clerks providing information and customer service to QTL customers.
2. Establish work schedules, procedures and customer service standards.
3. Coordinate customer service activities with service technicians, operations, marketing and other departments.
4. Resolve customer service issues and complaints and prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
5. Identify training needs and train customer service workers in job duties, company policies and customer service procedures.
6. Ensure the smooth operation of customer service computer systems, CRM systems and related equipment and coordinate maintenance or technical support when required.
7. May perform the same customer service duties as workers supervised.
