We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist Intern to support client acquisition, relationship management, and sales alongside senior leadership — with a strong path to full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Lead Generation/Outbound Calling and warm lead follow-up
• Present Professional Services value to clients and MSPs
• Build sales pipelines, forecasts, and proposals/RFP responses
• Track activity via CRM and report to executive team
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communication, or related field
• 0–2 years' sales/market research experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter, comfortable in a team-based, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel

• Social media savviness for outreach
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• CRM tool familiarity
