Cleaning Validation Engineer Job

Support day-to-day cleaning validation activities for sterile fill finish operations.

Develop, author, and execute cleaning validation and verification protocols and associated documentation.

Conduct process equipment sampling and execution support related to cleaning validation activities.

Perform risk assessment and document findings as the project progresses through validation stages.

Review executed protocols and provide peer review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Prepare validation summary reports, deviation records, and corrective actions as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Engineering to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Ensure that validation activities meet FDA, EU, and other regulatory agency requirements.

Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory expectations.

Provide support for audits and inspections related to cleaning validation programs.
