Cleaning Supervisors Job

SIMSAN FRASER MAINTENANCE LTD. Located at 312-2175 Fraser Avenue, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, V3B 0H8, urgently requires recruiting a permanent, full-time Cleaning Supervisor. Position: permanent, full-time 35 hrs/ wk. $27.00 / hr. with vacation pay. Key job duties: Supervise and coordinate the work of light-duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners and janitors; coordinate janitorial staff; inspect sites for safety and cleanliness; prepare work schedules; hire and train new employees; prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain financial records; arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Applicant should have some secondary education, with completion of some college or other program and two years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
