Job Description & Duties
As a Cleaning Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff.
Inspecting sites or facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Preparing work schedules and coordinating daily cleaning operations.
Training and guiding cleaners in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Maintaining inventory and ordering cleaning materials and equipment as needed.
Ensuring proper waste disposal and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Addressing client concerns and implementing corrective measures promptly.
Performing light cleaning tasks as required to maintain high service standards.
