Cleaning Supervisor
Absolute Building Maintenance Ltd provides cleaning services to commercial buildings, residential, post-construction, and short-term rentals. We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
The cleaner supervisor will perform the following duties:
Supervise a crew of 3-4 cleaners; maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, prepare work schedules, provide training to new employees, report equipment malfunctions to management, provide clients with invoices for services, may receive payment, inspect the completed work to ensure compliance with company’s standards, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
The cleaner supervisor will have the ability to work flexible hours, able to lift 20 lbs. loads, perform physically demanding tasks, and can communicate in English. Completion of secondary school and previous experience as a cleaner are required. Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
