Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis.

Job Title: Cleaning supervisor
Job Location: Varies from contract to contract.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners in their assigned task.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist owner in hiring and Identify training needs for all cleaning staff and train them accordingly.
• Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate with the manager daily regarding current tasks and assist in planning of future tasks.
• Estimate costs as and when required.
• Implement work plans and inspect work done by cleaners daily.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.
• Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
• May perform certain cleaning duties as and when required.
