LMS Building Maintenance Ltd. in Burnaby, BC is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor.

Conditions
 Position: Cleaning Supervisor (NOC 62024)
 Full Time & Permanent Position
 Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
 Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
 Wage: $29.68/hour
 Vacation: 4 % gross salary
 Positions Available: 1

(The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Greater Vancouver, such as Burnaby, Richmond, Vancouver, Coquitlam, etc.)

Job Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum six months of cleaning experience is required
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
• Language: English

Job Duties
• Oversee and manage the tasks performed by cleaning staff.
• Perform quality assurance inspections, involving client meetings for building visits.
• Hire and train cleaning staff.
• Develop work schedule and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Regularly monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Handle payments for specialized cleaning services.
• May perform certain cleaning duties.
