Cleaning Supervisor Job

We are now looking for a professional Cleaning supervisor to join our team.

Job Duties:

-Maintain open communication with the Manager;
-Assist cleaners in performing duties to handle customer requests/complaints;
-Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services;
-Provide reports on-site visits;
-Meet with the cleaning team at customer locations to assess progress and provide leadership;
-Follow the checklist providing thorough cleaning throughout the place;
-Train new hires, and provide feedback on the team’s performance;
-Maintain and secure storage areas and cleaning equipment:
-Ensuring the safety of staff and the public;
-Efficiently manage inventory levels;
-Enforce quality standards through regular inspections;
-Engage with clients to adjust services based on feedback;
-Oversee supply purchasing and budgeting to ensure cost efficiency.

-Completion of high school;
- 2-3 year of experience working in similar roles;
-Friendly and customer-service oriented;
-Flexible hours including weekends;
-Physical demanding;
-Meticulous attention to detail;
-Able to handle frequent phone calls;
-Driver’s licence required.
